Appointment availability

Consultations are by appointments, and are available at the following times:

Chichester patients
Monday 2 – 8 pm, Friday 8 – 1 pm, Saturday 9 – 1 pm, and other days and times by arrangement

Southbourne patients
Tuesday 1 – 5.30 pm, Thursday 1 – 5.30 pm

Emergency appointments

Emergency appointments are usually available within 24 hours at the Chichester clinic. For weekend problems please use the Osteopath’s direct mobile number 07919 537693.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment for whatever reason please contact the clinic giving at least 24 hours notice. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another patient in need. Failure to give this notice will result in a fee being charged.

Concessions:

A limited number of concessionary appointments may be available to those in financial difficulties for any subsequent treatments after the initial consultation. Please discuss in confidence with the Osteopath.

The main clinic is situated within Westgate Corner Health Clinic which is conveniently located at the western end of Westgate, next to the mini roundabout at the junction with Sherbourne Road. (1 minutes drive from the Tesco store)

The Southbourne clinic is within Southbourne GP Surgery, which is a non-NHS provision, and open to all – not just patients of the Surgery. It is located on the Main Road, immediately next door to the Travellers Inn public house.

Car parking:

Both clinics have convenient, free onsite parking for patients use whilst at their appointments.
In Chichester, please pull into the drive and then follow the sign that leads you to the large car-park at the rear.

Train travel:

Both clinics are approximately 10-15 minutes level walk from their respective train stations. Please contact us for directions from the station.

Accessibility:

Consultations at both clinics are routinely in upstairs treatment rooms. If however you are unable to manage stairs (either in the short-term, or permanently) please let us know at the time of booking your appointment, as arrangements for provision on the ground floor can be made, although this may limit the appointment times available to you.

Please note that both clinics have ramps available for wheelchair use, but the Chichester clinic does not have full disabled toilet facilities.

Home visits:

These can be arranged for local patients who are genuinely unable to attend the clinics due to incapacity, or clinic accessibility issues. Please contact us for details and guidance.
